14 rooms (2 twin, 12 single), 2 floors, secured building. All rooms are non-smoking. Housekeeping every 3 days, garbage collected daily. 24hr. coin laundry room.

Bed, bedding set, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, closet, table set (twin room), refrigerator, toothbrush, shower booth or bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, desk and lamp, air conditioning, mobile phone (campus extension- use only), cable television, broadband internet (LAN & WIFI), clock (with flash- light), electric pot and tea set, small kitchen (twin room), and balcony.

Front desk services from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Closed Sunday, national and university holidays. Check In from 14:00 to 18:00 / Check Out by 10 a.m. Arrivals after 18:00 will be assisted by resident staff. No arrivals permitted on Sunday or business holidays. Please notify property in advance when checking in after hours of operation. International staff, native English spoken. All room and restaurant material in English and Japanese.

Front desk services: reservations, fax/copy, domestic parcel delivery, dry cleaning, taxi arrangements, and travel assistance.

A formal application and prepayment is required to reserve room. Cash in Japanese currency, domestic/international wire transfers, and major credit cards are accepted. Room categories are guaranteed at the time of booking however room numbers will be assigned at check in. Non-payment will result in the termination of the reservation.

3.	Researchers who are from outside Japan and engaged in research and education activities at Todai and their family members	6 months to 2 weeks before arrival
4.	Participants of conferences or events at the Mukougaoka Faculty House seminar room and who are from outside Japan (excluding those falling under item 2)	6 months to 2 weeks before arrival
5.	Those who are going to visit the University of Tokyo and who are invited by Todai academic staff, general manager, or other University staff	2 months to 2 weeks before arrival

Reservations beyond the required two week advanced notice can be accommodated, contact property directly for availability. Pre-payment is required to hold or reserve room. Each application is for 30-day stay maximum. Inquired at property for longer stays.
