Available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Closed Sunday, national and university holidays.

  • Room charge includes utilities, cleaning, and service fees.
  • Room charge is waived when use is for official Todai function (number of Todai attendants is greater than half the group total).
  • Room charge is per hour. Space and time permitting, seminars that extend 15 min. beyond the reserved period will be charged an additional 1 hour fee.
  • Rates may change without notice.

  • 14 - 2 days = 10% of total booking fee
  • 1 day before arrival date = 20% of total booking fee
  • Same day cancellation or no-show = 100% of total booking fee
