• Room charge includes utilities, cleaning, and service fees.
• Room charge is waived when use is for official Todai function (number of Todai attendants is greater than half the group total).
• Room charge is per hour. Space and time permitting, seminars that extend 15 min. beyond the reserved period will be charged an additional 1 hour fee.
• Rates may change without notice.

• 14 - 2 days = 10% of total booking fee
• 1 day before arrival date = 20% of total booking fee
• Same day cancellation or no-show = 100% of total booking fee

2.	Events or meetings organized by any department or section of Todai or meetings organized by academic staff at Todai	2.5 years to 14 days before event
3.	Meetings on academic issues organized by an academic association (or an academic body) that is associated with academic staff at Todai	1.5 years to 14 days before event
4.	Meetings organized by the administrative head office or other administrative organizations including departments and sections of Todai	6 months to 14 days before event
