全室禁煙、室内清掃3日毎(ゴミの回収は毎日)、コインランドリー有り(24時間使用可)
フロントデスク営業時間: 月曜-土曜午前9:30-12:00、午後1:00-6:00 (日曜·祝日·東京大学内祝日休業)
チェックイン時間: 午後2:00-午後6:00チェックアウト時間午前10:00まで
※午後6:00以降にチェックインなさる場合は事前にお知らせ下さい。
日曜・祝日・東京大学内祝日のチェックインはお断り致します。

FRONT DESK

Front desk services from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday.
Closed Sunday, national and university holidays. Check In from 14:00 to 18:00 / Check Out by 10 a.m.
Arrivals after 18:00 will be assisted by resident staff. No arrivals permitted on Sunday or business holidays.
Please notify property in advance when checking in after hours of operation. International staff, native
English spoken. All room and restaurant material in English and Japanese.

お部屋の確保には正式な使用許可申請書のお申込みと使用料のお支払いが必要です。
お支払い方法は現金、銀行振り込み、海外送金、またはクレジットカードです。
ご予約の際にお部屋のタイプはお選び頂けますがお部屋番号はチェックインの際にお伝えします。
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT POLICY
A formal application and prepayment is required to reserve room.
Cash in Japanese currency, domestic/international wire transfers,
and major credit cards are accepted. Room categories are guaranteed at the time of booking
however room numbers will be assigned at check in. Non-payment will result in the termination of the reservation.

キャンセル料について

●チェックインの14～2日前まで＝合計宿泊料金の10%
●チェックインの前日＝合計宿泊料金の20%
●チェックインの当日またはご連絡なし＝合計宿泊料金の全額

CANCELLATION POLICY

●14 - 2 days = 10% of total booking fee
●1 day before arrival date = 20% of total booking fee
●Same day cancellation or no-show = 100% of total booking fee

※使用申込期間終了後に使用の申込みがあった場合は、
その時点で空室がある場合に利用の申込みを受け付けることが出来ます。
利用料が納付されたことの確認をもって申込みの完了とします。
一回の予約につき30日までの使用とします。
30日以上の使用希望の際はフロントデスクまでお尋ね下さい。
日曜・祝日・東京大学内祝日のチェックインはお断り致します。

2. Domestic researchers engaged in education and research activities at Todai and their family members, and participants of conferences at the Mukougaoka Faculty House seminar room

3. Researchers who are from outside Japan and engaged in research and education activities at Todai and their family members
///Reserve by:6 months to 2 weeks before arrival

4. Participants of conferences or events at the Mukougaoka Faculty House seminar room and who are from outside Japan (excluding those falling under item 2)

5. Those who are going to visit the University of Tokyo and who are invited by Todai academic staff, general manager, or other University staff

Reservations beyond the required two week advanced notice can be accommodated, contact property directly for availability. Pre-payment is required to hold or reserve room. Each application is for 30-day stay maximum. Inquired at property for longer stays. No arrivals permitted on Sunday or business holidays.
